Where would you put the new police station?

The City’s current Police Station is inadequate.  There is not enough space for the size of department the city has determined it needs.  The current site has limited space and expansion on this site is not an option.

An article in the Norwich Bulletin indicated that the mayor is supporting a proposal to move the station into Downtown.  There are some positive Connecticut examples of how this type of move helps a Downtown (Middletown is the best example).
